4. MUSIC STREAMING & CONTENT RIGHTS

The App streams music primarily submitted by independent artists.

By submitting or allowing your music to be used on our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to distribute the content
• Your content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other rights

We do not claim ownership of submitted content. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to stream and promote that content through the App.

5. COPYRIGHT POLICY (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights.

If you believe your copyrighted material is being used without authorization, please contact us at:

We will investigate and remove content where appropriate.

6. EVENTS & TICKET SALES

The App may promote events and provide links to purchase tickets through third-party platforms such as Eventbrite.

• All ticket purchases are handled by third-party providers
• We do not process or store payment information for tickets
• Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the third-party provider’s policies

We are not responsible for:

• Event cancellations or changes
• Ticketing errors
• Refund processing

7. PAYMENTS

Any payments related to events or services are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Square or external platforms).

We do not:

• Store payment details
• Control transaction processing outside the App

Users agree to comply with the terms of those payment providers.

8. USER CONDUCT

By using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in hate speech or discriminatory behavior
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial or profit-driven activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in account termination.

9. NO USER CONTENT UPLOADS

The App does not allow public user uploads. Any content featured is managed or approved by The Triple 7 Crew.
